What is meant by BREATHFUSIONS

Pranayama and conscious connected breathing have profound effects on the brain and consciousness.

They reduce stress and anxiety by releasing neurotransmitters such as dopamine, serotonin, and GABA. At the same time, they decrease the activity of the amygdala, which is responsible for processing fear.

 

These techniques promote the production of alpha and theta waves, which are associated with relaxation and meditative states, and increase mindfulness, presence, and self-awareness.
